AI that takes an interior from first idea to finished room — every object real, verified, and ready to buy, with exact sizes, live prices, and one-click ordering. Type it, tap it, or just say it.

Lovable did it for software. We do it for the interior design industry.

Today: a B2B tool for large dealer & retail networks. The platform below is where it goes.

The gap

Everyone ships screenshots. We ship interiors that are real.

Every AI interior tool today produces a pretty picture of furniture that doesn't exist — you can't measure it, price it, or buy it. It's a mockup, not a room.

AI screenshot generators

RoomGPT · Interior AI · ReRoom

Beautiful image → dead end. The furniture is imagined. You can't tell what it is, whether it fits, or where to buy it.

  • objects don't exist
  • no real dimensions
  • no price, no order
Complecta

An executable interior

Every item in the render is a real SKU: it fits the actual room, it costs €X, and it ships from a real dealer. The picture is the product.

  • real catalog SKUs, placed to scale
  • live price + full spec / quote
  • one-click order routing

WYSIWYB — what you see is what you can buy.

The market builds screenshotters.
We built a compiler.

Not a roadmap slide — this runs today, including a live modular-furniture 3D configurator.

Why now — multimodal models just crossed the quality bar · product feeds are standardized · the EU Digital Product Passport makes structured brand data mandatory.

AI designer + specialist agents

Lovable ships code with tests. We ship interiors with verification.

One AI designer orchestrates eight specialist agents — they design alongside you, then check the result like CI checks code — one engine, eight rule-packs. A pretty render is a commodity; a verified interior is a profession.

ERGONOMICS

Clearances & flow

Walkways, reach zones, door swings, anthropometry — checked against the actual plan.

LIGHTING

Lux by zone

Lumen budgets per task area, layered light, daylight from real openings.

ACOUSTICS

Comfortable sound

RT60 estimate from room volume and materials; soft-surface balance.

COLOR

Palette harmony

Contrast and coherence across every SKU passport — matched to the taste vector.

DECOR

Finished layers

Textiles, greenery, art, lighting accents — completeness without clutter.

BUDGET

Fits the number

Live total vs target; smart swaps with the price delta for every substitution.

LOGISTICS

Deliverable

Lead times, delivery windows and assembly — checked before you fall in love.

PASSPORT

Digital object ID

Materials, origin, carbon, care, warranty — EU Digital Product Passport-ready.

✓ verified interior

Every project ships with a Verification Report — eight green checks in the spec PDF. The render is beautiful; the report is why it gets built.

Every flow is voice-driven. “Make the living room warmer and €3k cheaper” — the specialist agents do the rest. Already prototyped in our DUO sofa configurator.

The system · a living graph

Every part. Every flow. One map.

Product flows, money flows, data flows — and when each piece arrives. Drag the nodes. Scrub the timeline. Click anything.

anima ai-designer plan-ingest room-splitter match cfg-engine specialist-agents render spec brand-portal commerce delivery

Modular by design — each subsystem is swappable. It starts with Anima: a visual taste test that turns “I don't know what I want” into a precise style vector — no moodboard required.

The moat

The market builds our database for us.

Brands and stores upload their own products — self-serve, straight from the Google Shopping feed they already have. Our AI turns each one into an object that's render-ready, placement-ready, and ready to buy. That's a living catalog no one else has — 18 brands are already in it, and a new one lands in days.

the flywheel · drag to orbit

IKEA can't beat us — it's one brand.

IKEA can never be the neutral layer above thousands of makers. We are. The more brands self-onboard, the less any single one matters.

Houzz would rather buy us.

Houzz has photos and pros. We have a compilable living catalog — render-, size- and configurator-ready. Cheaper to acquire than to rebuild.

We capture taste from the first spark — not the last click.

Anima reads preference before a single product is shown; every placement, render and order refines it. Brands finally see the whole funnel — the only interior dataset that begins at desire, not at checkout.

Designers become suppliers — not holdouts.

Designers license their work as style references and earn royalties every time it's used. The profession that resists every design tool becomes the one feeding ours.

The landscape

Everyone can render a room. No one else can sell you one.

The category is crowded at the picture and empty at the checkout. Every player stops at inspiration, a single brand, or a floor plan — nobody compiles design into a verified, purchasable order. That gap is the company.

WhoTheir gameWhy we win
AI visualizers
RoomGPT · GenRoom · Spacely
Instant restyles — gorgeous pictures of furniture that doesn't exist Our render is a bill of materials: every object is a real SKU with a price, dimensions and a dealer behind it
One-brand experiences

Floor plan → 3D → buyable furniture; a product feed bolted to a viewer A feed is not a graph. Ours is placement-, configurator- and render-ready, prices reproduce 1:1 — and it powers a B2B dealer channel, not just a widget
Planners & marketplaces
Planner 5D · Houzz
Layout tools and photo browsing; they monetize pros and ads We monetize the order itself — 1–2% of a €20–50k basket, verified by engineering copilots

And the category's front door is moving into the chat: people now start a renovation by asking an AI assistant. We're already inside — the first interactive interior app in ChatGPT, one MCP engine speaking to Claude and Gemini next. The slot was empty. We took it.

The economics

We monetize the thing everyone else can only inspire.

Education

Built for the classroom, too.

Design schools and universities teach the full chain on our platform — plan, agent, copilots, spec. Academic licenses seed a generation of professionals who never worked any other way; the founder's education-led brand is the front door.

Designers · royalties

A market where designers get paid for taste.

Designers publish their projects as licensed style references. Every generation that uses one triggers attribution — and a royalty. Student work from the classroom flows straight into this market.

reference used → attribution → royalty paid

Roadmap

From working pipeline to owned category.

Phase 0 live

Multi-room + live catalog

Whole-apartment plans split into rooms; 18 brands already parsed into the catalog. The engine works today.

Phase 1 live

The agent — “Lovable moment”

Voice & chat orchestrator over the existing tools + one-shot “upload → furnished room in 60 seconds” + first copilots (budget, ergonomics). Built entirely on functions that already exist.

Phase 2 live

Platform — accounts, credits, share & remix

Cloud projects, freemium credits, public share pages with shoppable hotspots, remix onto your own plan. Lighting & color copilots join; the Verification Report ships in every spec.

Phase 3 · Q3–Q4 2026 building now

Brand Portal — self-serve supply + the chat network

Brands upload catalogs themselves; AI builds product passports — including EU Digital Product Passport data. The graph compounds without our headcount.

  • ✓ live — first interactive interior app inside ChatGPT (Complecta Tiling, on our domain)
  • Q3 · self-serve feed → AI product passports → brand review grid
  • Q3 · chat-app network: paint · flooring · wallpaper — one engine, many doors + store publication
  • Q3–Q4 · 15 brands onboarded with configurators across their full product lines
  • Q4 · taste engine v1 — one taste profile across every app
  • Q4 · same MCP engine live in Claude & Gemini directories
  • Q4 · embed widget for retailer sites — one line of code, “Powered by Complecta”
Phase 4 · H1 2027

Marketplace

Cart → order routing → dealer fulfillment → commission engine, with the logistics copilot checking every order is deliverable. The economics turn on.

  • cart → order routing (affiliate · dealer · lead) → commission engine + attribution
  • in-chat instant checkout where it converts
  • instant room capture from a phone — the measuring step disappears
  • kitchens & wardrobes solver — dealer-funded
  • white-label for dealer networks
Phase 5 · H2 2027

Own the category

Embed widget on brand sites, Shopify app, public API, the designer royalty market, the education program, the full copilot suite — and the name: vibe design.

  • designer royalty market · education program
  • EU Digital Product Passports v1 — regulation as tailwind
  • Shopify app · public API · full copilot suite
